Our policy to keep investing in new technology, has been continued with the recent purchase of two new machine tools and the installation of Catia V5 design software.

Catia V5

We have started our migration path by the installation and training of CATIA V5, the latest version of the leading CAD system. We have already seen huge advantages and plan to gradually replace all our current CATIA V4 design packages.

Implementation of a MIKRON VCE 1000W PRO 3 axis machining centre,
which has given us the ability to accept larger work and replaced older CNC machinery.

A new CHARMILLES ROBOFORM 350? EDM with advanced technology helps to keep us in the forefront of spark erosion ability.

Chamilles HD10 EDM Drilling Machine

With the success of our wire erosion department, and the increased intricacy of the parts created, we have corrected the need to out-source small start hole and hardened metal drilling by our latest investment in Chamilles technology.
