From complex tools weighing only 30kg to larger tools of up to 5 tonnes, we have the ability to handle and manage large projects on a both national and international scale with minimal involvement from the customer.

A.F.Gaskin has a vast amount of experience in the mouldmaking sector, including all types of plastic injection, LSR, carbon fibre and die casting. We have earned great customer respect by producing dependable, accurate tooling, including single or multiple cavity/shot, simple to complicated and low to high volume moulds. We can produce single or bi material tooling, and can offer local tool trial options, ensuring immediate component production begins as soon as the mould tools have been delivered to customer sites. Peace of mind is provided in knowing that any service or modification requirements can be taken care of by us, making sure your tooling has a maximum lifespan with minimum downtime.

A.F.Gaskin have high-tech inspection facilities, which are used to check machined items back against 3D designed tool data, thus maintaining the high accuracy required in our field. Electrodes are manufactured on System 3R tooling and inspection reports generated before EDM operations can proceed.
